About the showcase
For 4 days, Pavilion Arena @ Pavilion Damansara Heights will hold a curated exhibition of design objects, art, furniture and interior architecture materials presented in unconventional and creative form of displays, organised by MIID and partners from different facets of the art and design industry.
With the rise of fast consumerism, the perception and appreciation towards art and design have been undoubtedly affected, if not forsaken. Products are valued based on price instead of the design background and craftsmanship. For that, we need to realign those values and foster again the connection between users, the designers and the makers.
While the showcase features today's artists, designers and industry partners, it also pays homage to iconic works from the past. It is a platform intended to elevate the essence and importance of innovative designs, experiment with new ideas and cross-over collaboration within the industry.

OLI is a self-taught artist & illustrator, a believer in the inner child, and a quiet overthinker on a lifelong journey to find their voice.
She uses her art as a medium to preserve her inner child, drawing inspiration from life’s nuances. Through delicate lines and vibrant colours, she transforms everyday intricacies into offbeat creations, where bizarre imagination meets morbid optimism.
As she stepped into motherhood, her belief in protecting our inner child became even more present in her work. Because growing up doesn’t mean growing old. To her, adulthood isn’t about losing childhood innocence, but about giving it a place to belong.
