For 4 days, Pavilion Arena at Pavilion Damansara Heights will be transformed into a curated environment of design objects, art, furniture, materials, and interior architecture — presented through immersive and unconventional displays by MIID and collaborators across the wider creative industry.

Guided by this year’s theme, Designing Dignity, the showcase explores how design can reconnect us with the values behind what we create, use, and experience every day.

In a time shaped by fast consumption, design is too often reduced to price, trend, or appearance. RDW2026 invites us to look deeper — to appreciate the stories, craftsmanship, culture, people, and thinking behind every object and space.

Through the four pillars of Roots, Everyday, Kinship, and Awareness, the showcase brings together contemporary works, material explorations, creative collaborations, and meaningful references to the past.

More than an exhibition, it is a platform for dialogue, experimentation, and exchange — encouraging stronger connections between designers, makers, industries, and the communities they design for.
